How to play
Pick your stars.
Choose drawings from My art to be in the show.
Start the show!
The curtains open. Watch each drawing draw itself, then make it dance to the music like a paper puppet.
March in the parade!
The whole cast marches with your paper pal, who carries a flag or plays a drum.
What kids practice
- Imagination. Turning their own drawings into the stars of a show.
- Music and movement. Watching their drawings dance to the beat, and leading a dance with a finger.
- Drawing. Making new characters for the stage, then seeing them come alive.
Questions
Is Paper theater free?
Yes. Paper theater is always free, like the other drawing toys. It has no scores and no stars, just a show.
Does the show change my child’s drawings?
No. The theater only reads the drawings to make them move. It never edits a picture or reorders My art.
What if my child hasn’t drawn anything yet?
Guest doodles fill the stage, so there is always a show to watch.
