How to play
Pick a picture.
Choose a pack, then a page. A half-finished page waits right where you left it.
Choose a color.
Tap one of the twelve paint drops.
Tap to fill!
Tap a shape to fill it with color, or take the crayon and color it your way.
What kids practice
- Colors. Choosing a color for every shape, or matching the colors in Copy the colors.
- Numbers. Matching each number to its color in Color by number.
- Hand control. Coloring freehand with the crayon, inside the lines or across them.
Questions
Is the Coloring book free?
The First doodles pack and the Picture of the day are free. Little Paper Pro opens the other five packs. It’s an optional purchase through Apple, behind a grown-up check. A page your child has already started always stays open.
What are the ways to color?
Four: Color by number, Magic reveal (the picture hides under starry night paper), Copy the colors and Free paint. There is also a Picture of the day.
Does it save unfinished pages?
Yes. Every page saves on the device as your child colors, so a half-finished picture is waiting next time.
