Little Paper Pro
Pro is an optional purchase through Apple. It is coming soon, with the app.
How do I get Pro back on a new device?
Open Grown-ups › Pro and tap Restore. Use the same Apple Account that bought Pro. Apple checks the purchase and Pro turns on again on that device. If the app says no purchase was found, check which Apple Account the device is signed in to. Restoring needs an internet connection.
How do I manage or cancel the subscription?
Apple manages the subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If Pro is shared with you through Family Sharing, the family member who bought it manages it. Tap Manage in Grown-ups › Pro, or use your device’s Settings:
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Little Paper.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles every payment, so Apple decides on refunds. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Request a refund. If you bought Pro yourself, Grown-ups › Pro also has Request a refund.
Does Pro work with Family Sharing?
Yes. Pro is bought through Apple and can be shared with your family group. On a family member’s device, Grown-ups › Pro says the plan is shared by your family.
My child’s device uses Ask to Buy. What happens?
Buying Pro on that device sends a request to the family organizer, and Grown-ups › Pro says it is waiting for approval. Pro opens once the request is approved. If it is declined, nothing is bought.
What stays free without Pro?
Every drawing toy (Art studio, Mirror magic and Paper theater), the first world of every game, the first level of each Color safari place, the First doodles coloring pages and Picture of the day. Pro opens every level and every coloring page. Stars, finished levels, drawings, coloring drafts and outfits are never taken away, even if a subscription ends.
I have a code for Pro. Where do I enter it?
Open Grown-ups › Pro and tap Redeem code.
The grown-up check
A quick math question stands between play and the grown-up area.
What is the grown-up check?
A math question that keeps settings, sharing and purchases apart from play. Settings ask an easy question, such as 8 + 7 or 15 − 6. Anything that can buy asks a times-table question from 6 × 6 to 9 × 9. It locks again when you leave the app, close Grown-ups or after 90 seconds without a touch. It is not identity verification or legal parental consent.
What if we type the wrong answer?
A new question appears. There is no waiting time, so just try the new one. Apple also asks the account holder to confirm every purchase.
Drawings and saving
Everything your child makes stays on the device.
Where are drawings saved?
On the device, automatically as your child draws. Coloring pages save in the coloring book. There is no account and no cloud backup of our own. Normal device backups may include them. Removing the app or losing the device can remove this work.
How do I keep a copy of a drawing?
Share a still copy from the grown-up area. The editable original stays in the app.
- Open Grown-ups › Pictures and choose a picture.
- Tap Preview, then Share this copy.
- Pick a place in the share sheet, such as Save Image to put it in Photos.
Do drawings move to a new device?
Not by themselves, because Little Paper has no account or cloud sync. Restoring a device backup may bring them along. To be sure, share still copies of favorite pictures before you switch.

When can we get Little Paper?
Little Paper is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later.
How do I keep my child in Little Paper?
Turn on Apple’s Guided Access before you hand over the device. It keeps the device in one app until you end the session. Grown-ups › Help links to Apple’s steps too.
How do I set time limits?
For device limits, use Apple’s Screen Time. Inside the app, Grown-ups › Play can show a gentle break reminder after 10, 20 or 30 minutes; it never interrupts a drawing stroke or locks the device.
Why is there no sound, or too much?
Little Paper’s sound follows the device volume and Silent mode, so turn the volume up and Silent mode off. In Grown-ups › Play you can turn Sound, Music, Effects and Letter voice on or off and set the overall Loudness.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Everything lives on the device. Only buying or restoring Pro needs a connection.
Web games
The free games on this site, in your browser.
Why is a web game silent?
Sound is off until you or your child turn it on with the speaker button. The game remembers that choice in this browser.
Where are scores saved?
In this browser on this device. They are never sent to us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser starts fresh, and a private window forgets them when it closes.
How do we print a maze, dot to dot or color by number picture?
The printer button above each of these games prints the puzzle on screen. Further down its page are ready-made sheets, each with its own Print button: mazes come with their answers, dot to dots with a picture to color, and color by number pictures with their color key.
