Great ride!

★ 14 of 20 · 0:41

Doodle has a motorbike, a yellow helmet and a lot of hills to ride. Hold on to go, let go to slow down, and tap in the air for a backflip. Cows moo as you ride past, sheep bounce off like pillows and frogs give you a big boing. A tumble is just a bounce: Doodle is back on the bike at the last flag in a moment.

How to play

  1. Hold to go.

Hold your finger anywhere on the picture and Doodle rides. Let go to slow down.

  2. Tap in the air.

Off a jump, tap again for a backflip. On a little jump, Doodle does a no-hands trick instead.

  3. Ride to the finish!

Grab the stars on the way, pass the flags, and look up high for a baby dino.

Controls

Touch
Hold anywhere on the picture to go, let go to slow down. Tap while flying for a flip. The horn button honks.
Mouse
Hold the button down on the picture to go, and click again in the air to flip.
Keyboard
Space or → goes (press it again in the air to flip), ← or ↓ brakes, H honks, P or Esc pauses.

Tips for riders

  • Big jumps, big flips. A flip takes a moment, so save it for a big jump or a trampoline.
  • Two taps, two flips. Tap again during a flip for a double, if there’s air enough.
  • Look up. Every level hides a baby dino up high. A jump or a trampoline gets you there.
  • Honk! Cows, seagulls, seals and owls answer the horn.

Nine levels, four worlds

Meadow
Hills, little jumps and frog trampolines. A tap in the air is always safe here. 1. Hello, hills! · 2. Little jumps · 3. Boing!
Beach
Wobbly pink jelly, sandcastles to burst and crabs that hop out of the way. 4. Jelly beach · 5. Sandcastle sprint
Snow
Slippy ice, snowmen that bounce like pillows and a parade of penguins. 6. Slippy slopes · 7. Penguin parade
Night
Glowing mushrooms to bounce on, owls that hoot and pumpkins in the moonlight. 8. Glow-shroom hop · 9. Moonlight ride

Each level has its stars, its flags and one baby dino to find. Your best is kept for every level.

What kids practice

  • Timing. Waiting for the right moment to tap, high up in the air, for a flip that lands.
  • Cause and effect. Holding makes Doodle go faster, letting go slows him down, and a big ramp means a big jump.
  • Trying again. A tumble costs nothing but a moment, so it’s easy to have another go.

For grown-ups

Doodle moto has no ads, no accounts and no trackers. Stars and baby dinos found are saved only in this browser on this device. Sound stays off until your child turns it on with the speaker button. There are no lives or timers to beat: holding the button finishes every level, and if Doodle tumbles in the same place again and again, he gets a lift to the next flag.

Love things with wheels? In the Little Paper app, Doodle rally has kids draw the wheels for Doodle’s car, then watch it roll.

Questions

Is Doodle moto free?

Yes. All nine levels are free to play in the browser, with no ads, no sign-up and nothing to download.

Can a 4-year-old play it?

Yes. Holding the button is all it takes to finish every level: the bike lands itself straight after a jump. In the first three levels, a tap in the air only flips when the jump is big enough, so a tumble can’t happen there. Later, a flip landed upside down is a funny bounce, and Doodle is back on the bike at the last flag.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Hold anywhere on the picture to ride. For a bigger view, tap the full-screen button or turn the phone sideways.

Can my child play with a keyboard?

Yes. Hold the space bar or the right arrow to go, and press it again in the air to flip. The left or down arrow brakes, H honks the horn and P pauses.
